Music at the Goat.

Great night at the Goat in Bryncir last night , even I was Good. Lot of singers and guitars, I got most of them on video. It's still all very loose because it's a new Open mic night. The organisation was better, the performances were better and the number of players are increasing. I'm getting better at filming but I've gotta a long way to go.
I will be putting them up on my Youtube channel (look up Zincfreud). You will see my wife's 1st ever public performance singing, you will see Gary Richardson relaying his comedy songs one he wrote in English for the Welsh language band Gwibdaeth Hen Fran, (he is now their bass player). Gary usually is playing behind others which he enjoys doing and does at the openmic night too.Here he gets  the opportunity to perform in his own right. He also plays my songs with me on bass in our duo called the Rich List.
            Another Welsh language musician was Han Gwilym, the bass player for Bob Delyn & Twmffat, also sang and played guitar in his own right, he, like Gary, is a well known face who plays behind others on the Welsh music scene, but rarely gets the opportunity to perform alone as the front man. In fact both he and Gary, reveal their true talents and professionalism at the openmic. Something most people don't get to see, despite their regular appearances,gigging, TV and radio, behind others.
